We call upon our Chinese siblings opposing this rule and faith Act to think that American conduct has historically been rooted in rejection, immersed in discrimination, and imposed by state-sanctioned violence. Immigration laws that day limit our undocumented, Latinx, and Muslim siblings — and disproportionately influence Black immigrant communities — have historically restricted our personal people's independence.
